Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage front office daily operations
  • Supervise, guide, and train junior front office executives
  • Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing coordination
  • Ensure excellent patient service and handle patient queries and complaints effectively
  • Coordinate with billing, nursing, doctors, and administration departments
  • Monitor front office documentation, records, and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laboratory Technician to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain laboratory equipment and hygiene standards.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience in hospital or diagnostic lab settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other samples
  • Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
  • Follow NABL / hospital safety and hygiene protocols
  • Maintain lab records, registers, and reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate patient bills (IPD/OPD) accurately and on time
  • Handle insurance billing, cashless cases, and TPA coordination
