I had a good experience at Deccan Hardikar Hospital. The staff at the reception were somewhat friendly, and the doctor was very approachable. The nursing staff was attentive and caring. While the medical treatment quality was okay, I felt mostly comfortable about my surgery. Overall, I would recommend this hospital for its caring service.
I am new to Pune and 88 year old. I had some severe dental problems. I was treated by Dr Shruti. She was very professional. Did all the necessary tests. Also at the reception I was a bit overcharged which was adjusted in the final payment. On the follow-up I referred to another specialist Dr Sharika Vazir. I found her to be exceptional and highly professional. She spent at least half an hour to explain about the problem and the solution. Five stars to both.
